STEP THREE: ARE YOU ADDING BREAKFASTS – Add 5 breakfasts for £10. Good idea for those without time in the morning to keep on track or those who like a little protein based top up snack.
STEP 4 SELECT CHOICES – choose what dishes you want to eat from our menu. View pictures, ingredients and nutritional details.
For most men we recommend eating 3/4 meals a day and a light protein-based breakfast. For women, 2/3 meals a day and breakfast might be best. As a general guide Bulking meals are around 625 kcal, maintenance 550 kcal and cut 450 kcal; all with around 50g of protein. Specific macros of the dishes can be found on the next section.
